How does the extra game chance work?

When you purchase your tickets we have you input each persons name into the system. This way we can put their names into the raffle to be selected for a chance to win.

Can you purchase extra chances to win? 

Yes, you can purchase additional entries but that does not guarantee that you will be chosen. Names are put into an automatic shuffler and picked at random. Each person can only be selected for one engagement opportunity, excluding the group photo chance.

How will announcing the winners go?

We will announce by seat numbers online to protect peoples identities, but winners will also receive an email letting them know next steps.

How many people will be picked from VIP+ for the group photo?

120 VIP+ ticket holders will be selected
 

Is there an age limit for the on stage engagements?
Yes, you must be at least 18 to be able to participate in the on stage games ID's will be checked.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Affirm.

Phone Policy

We will allow phones at this event but please be courteous of others and keep them down and out of others faces. We are all adults and should respect each others space.
 

What happens if I am buying a ticket for someone else?

When purchasing a ticket you will need to make sure to put their information. Every ticket purchased will need to have the ticket owners first name, last name and age for engagement games chances purposes. 
 

What is the Poster/Sign policy?

Posters no larger then 8.5x11 will be allowed in the venue as to not block the view of others.
 

What time will the event start?

The events will start at 7PM their venues local time. If the time changes fans will be notified immediately. We will release a full schedule of the day closer to the event.

When will VIP benefits take place?

A majority of them will take place before the show, the only one that happens at the end is the hi bye session.

What is a hi bye session?
It is like a hi touch without the touching part, before exiting the venue fans will get to walk by Seo In Guk and wave/say bye as the leave.

Why didn't you come to my city?
Trust us when we say we would take him to every city if we could! We were limited to the amount of days so we had to pick the cities central to the most people. But if this event goes well maybe we can convince him to come back.

Will you have ADA seating available?​

Are tickets refundable?

All sales are final, non transferable and non refundable. The only exception to this rule is for the an event cancellation. In such cases, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Why aren't tickets refundable?

Concert tickets are usually non-refundable to ensure the event's financial stability and aid in planning and logistics, helping guarantee that the show can go on as expected for both artists and fans. This policy also helps prevent ticket reselling at higher prices, making sure more genuine fans have access to attend the event.
