WHAT ARE THE TICKET LEVEL?
Each event will have multiple ticket levels ranging from General Admission to VVIP. Please check the event page for more information.


WHAT BENEFITS COME WITH EACH LEVEL?

General Admission includes a ticket for the event and will have little to no extra benefits. VVIP tickets include the most benefits including the seats or section in the front of the venue right against the stage. Some VVIP benefits could be soundcheck, hi-touch or bi-bye session, signed posters and more. Everything that is listed under a respective tier. Please check the event page for more details about what is included in the ticket level. Please read the ticket tier description before purchasing tickets.

 

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
All authorized ticket sellers will be linked on our website including if the tickets are sold on other sites by the selected venue such as ticketmaster or axs.

 

WHAT IS THE TICKET PURCHASE LIMIT PER TRANSACTION? 

The ticket purchase limit is 10 tickets per transaction. 

 

ARE THE TAXES AND FEES INCLUDED IN THE ADVERTISED PRICE TICKET? Taxes and fees are not included in ticket pricing. The fees will be added at the time of purchase. 

 

HOW DO I GET A PHYSICAL TICKET?  All tickets are available digitally. No ticket will be mailed out. Purchasers will receive a memorabilia ticket at the event, but please note that it cannot be used as proof of purchase.You must show your ticket during Check-In to be scanned.

I CAN’T FIND MY EMAIL WITH THE TICKET, WHAT DO I DO? 

If you are unable to locate the email containing your ticket, please contact the Konnect’d team at ticketing@konnectdent.com for assistance. They will be able to help you retrieve your ticket or provide guidance on the next steps.

 

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY TICKET? 

All sales are final, non transferable and non refundable.

 

WHAT IS PRE-SALE / EARLY ACCESS?

Pre-sale or early access allows fans to purchase tickets before they are available to the general public.

 

WILL TICKETS SELL OUT DURING AN EARLY ACCESS PERIOD?

Certain amount of tickets will be reserved for the early access period.
 

ARE MY TICKETS RESELLABLE?

Tickets are not available for resale. The name on the ticket must match the attendee's ID, which will be checked at the venue.
 

CAN I TRANSFER MY BENEFITS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Benefits are non transferable.
 

CAN I BUY A TICKET FOR MY FRIENDS?

Group purchases are available, but please note that the ticket purchase limit is 6. If you intend to purchase tickets for a larger group, we kindly request you to reach out to the Konnect’d team for assistance.

 

CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET IF A HIGHER TICKET BECOMES AVAILABLE?

No upgrades available.

 

WILL THERE BE MERCH SOLD?

Konnect’d Merch will be available for purchase, alongside Artist merch. Please be advised that Konnect’d shall not assume responsibility for any Artist Merch purchased during the event.

 

CAN WE BRING GIFTS FOR THE ARTIST?

We appreciate the love and generosity of the fans in wanting to give gifts to the artists. Each event has its own rules for fan gifts or fan projects. Please check each event for rules on giving gifts. However, Konnect’d must kindly ask that you keep your gifts and continue to show your support through your presence and enthusiasm at our events. Your understanding of this policy allows us to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved.

 

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR THE EVENT?

Each event has their own age restrictions. Please see the event website for any details.
Any attendee under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
 

BUYING TICKETS FROM UNAUTHORIZED RESELLER

This rule is subject to site purchase. If the tickets are sold exclusively on WeAreKonnect’d, then, any tickets bought from unauthorized agents or third parties are not valid and admission to the event will not be permitted. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and if so, are void.  If you purchased your tickets from an authorized third party (Ticketmaster, AXS) then this rule does not apply. Please check their site for ticketing information and policy. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final, non transferable and non refundable.

 

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exception to this rule is for tour or concert cancellations. In such cases, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALE ARE FINAL. No Exchanges.

 

POSTPONED AND RESCHEDULED EVENTS / CONCERTS / TOURS

In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and provide details for any rescheduled events. If the event is rescheduled, you will be offered a ticket (or a Hospitality Package, if applicable) for the new date, subject to availability. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date or if the event is not rescheduled, a refund of the face value of the ticket (or Hospitality Package) will be offered. In the case of partial cancellations (e.g., one day of a multi-day event), a partial refund corresponding to the canceled proportion will be provided. Please contact your point of purchase to claim a refund. Tickets and/or Hospitality Packages are non-exchangeable or refundable after purchase, except as outlined in this policy. In circumstances where dispatching tickets becomes impossible or impractical, we reserve the right to change the method of dispatch and will notify you in advance.

 

COVID REQUIREMENTS

Face masks are RECOMMENDED for all fan engagements. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety of both fans and the artist. If you do not have a mask, they will be available for sale on site. Face masks are RECOMMENDED but not mandatory for the concert. Any changes to this policy will be announced via social media.

 

MISSED FAN ENGAGEMENT BENEFITS

If you do not arrive within the designated time to receive or participate in benefits included in your ticket tier, you will not be able to participate or claim those benefits at a later time. If you do not attend the event, concert, or engagement, you will be mailed any benefits. They must be claimed onsite.

 

CAMERA POLICY

Please note that only cell phones are allowed at our concerts for photography. We do not permit the use of DSLRs, point and shoot cameras, polaroid's, disposables, or any professional cameras with detachable lenses, as well as camcorders. This policy is in place to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
